Wow - what a day! Two fabulous concerts by the classes of Mrs. Hendricks, Mrs. Galewski, Ms. Robillard, Mrs. Villa, Mrs. Bohne, Mrs. Bagurdes, Mrs. Kozlosky, Mrs. Gengler, Ms. Raab, and Mrs. Worden. Well done, students! I'm sure you all have some lovely pictures of the students on the stage. Below are some that I took before and during both concerts. Se Se Se - A Japanese Singing Game (Ms. Alt's Class)
In Ms. Alt's class, students are learning to identify when there is a beat with sound and a beat with no sound. As an extension activity, students learned how to play a Japanese singing game after they were able to identify where in the song there are beats with no sound. You'll see by the pictures that the students thoroughly enjoyed the game! And it's easy enough that we think you'll be able to play it as well.
